I signed in with my email but never received a verification email.

PuckReserve uses Replit's authentication system to handle sign-ins. When you sign in with an email for the first time, Replit sends the verification email — not PuckReserve directly. Check your spam folder first. You can also try signing in with a Google account, which skips email verification entirely.

I can't sign in or I'm stuck on the login screen.

Accepted Answer

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again. Try a different browser or an incognito window. Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you used originally — accounts aren't linked between sign-in methods. Some browser extensions can interfere; try disabling them temporarily.

How do I sign in with a different account or email?

Accepted Answer

To switch accounts, you need to clear your browser's cookies. In Chrome: go to Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data, check Cookies and other site data, and click Delete data. In Safari (iPhone): go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. In Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data. After clearing, go back to PuckReserve and sign in with your preferred account.

I can't find any drop-in groups near me.

Accepted Answer

Enter your ZIP code on the Find a Skate page to search within 20 miles. If there are no results, your local rinks may not have groups on PuckReserve yet. You can request that your rink join, or create your own drop-in group for free.

Question 5

I'm on the waitlist — when will I get in?

Accepted Answer

If someone ahead of you cancels, you'll automatically be promoted and given their spot — no action needed. Check your spot status before the skate, ideally within 14 hours of the session start time. You can also contact the organizer directly from the group's page.

How do I cancel my spot or waitlist position?

Accepted Answer

Cancel your reservation from your group's dashboard page. Look for your name in the roster or waitlist and use the cancel option. If you paid for your spot, cancellation policies are set by the organizer — contact them directly about refunds.

How do I reserve a sheet of ice at a rink?

Accepted Answer

PuckReserve doesn't book ice time — that's handled directly between you and the rink. Once your ice time is confirmed, use PuckReserve to manage sign-ups, waitlists, balanced teams, and payments.

Question 8

I'm an organizer and my group isn't showing up on the Find a Skate page.

Accepted Answer

Groups only appear on the public listing if they are marked as public. Go to your group's dashboard and check the visibility setting — make sure it's set to Public. If it's still not showing, contact us and we'll look into it.

Question 9

How do I contact the organizer of a group?

Accepted Answer

Each skate group page has a Contact the Organizer button near the top. Clicking it will open an email addressed directly to the organizer.
